MAYAKECH is a luxury travel platform offering premium villas, cars, and concierge services in Marrakech. It combines a booking-focused web experience with a dedicated mobile app for reservations, built to serve high-end travelers seeking curated Moroccan experiences.
Building a luxury brand from scratch requires more than a website. The challenge was to create a complete digital ecosystem — web presence, mobile experience, booking flows, brand identity, content, and growth systems — that delivers a premium, frictionless experience for high-end travelers while operating at scale.
I personally built MAYAKECH from 0 to 1 — the product, the platform, the brand, and the growth systems. Every part of the experience was designed and executed as a unified whole, not assembled from disconnected pieces.
Built the core product — villas, cars, experiences — with booking flows, listing management, and a seamless reservation system across web and mobile.
Developed the platform architecture — Next.js web application, mobile app for reservations, and the underlying systems that power the business.
Created the brand identity, visual language, and design system — from logo and typography to the full range of creative assets and content.
Built AI and automation systems to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and scale what would otherwise require more hands.
Ran paid advertising, SEO, media buying, and content strategy — building the acquisition engine that brings travelers to the platform.
Handled the operational side — partnerships, inventory, customer experience, and the day-to-day systems that keep a luxury business running.
